Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 7:00pm. Sundays are reserved for commercial, medical & patient facilities only.

How often should I have my home washed?

We have never experienced client dissatisfaction in over 30 years. We stay until the job is done.
Is your cleaning safe for a handmade wool or silk rug?
Yes. We identify the fiber before anything else and match the method to it. Older dyes get tested for colorfastness, and wool and silk are cleaned at a gentler temperature and moisture level than synthetic carpet.
How long does the carpet take to dry?
Usually a few hours. The truck-mounted system pulls most of the water back out, so the carpet is dry the same day. In Charlotte's humidity that matters, since a carpet left damp can take on a musty smell.
Our dog has had a few accidents in the carpet. Can you get the smell out?
Usually, yes. Odor from a pet accident soaks into the backing and the pad, so a surface spray only masks it. We treat it at the source to break the odor down rather than cover it.
